What is relative humidity?

Relative humidity is the amount of water vapor in the air. It is expressed as a percentage of the amount needed for saturation at the same temperature.


 

Why does humidity matter?

Low relative humidity levels can have negative effects on meat, seafood, flowers, and produce. Dryness, weight loss, and unappealing appearance are a few of the negative effects of low humidity.


The Aguatronics System

Aguatronics' state-of-the-art smart humidity system efficiently optimizes relative humidity in any application. It uses the latest electronics and components to control water and energy consumption. Its patented nozzle technology precisely atomizes water using air. Within the nozzle, air’s potential energy is converted into kinetic energy and then mixed with water while maintaining the operating pressure of 40PSI for both water and air. This high velocity mixture causes the water droplets to atomize and discharge through the nozzle in the form of a fine, dry fog that mixes with the environment and doesn’t collect on the products or the floor. Our fully-customizable system can be used for any application that requires humidification.
